Neax 2000 IVS and CMD 200

Currently we have a DID block of 100 and they are associated with 5xx series of stations. we just bought another 100 DID's and are trying to associate them with stations 6xx. I have went through cmd 760 & 761 and setup the digit converstion. But when I dial 60, the phone displays Restricted. I looked in cmd 200 to find out why. the break down of cmd 200 is:

60 = 107
641 = 040
64A = 041

I don't really understand most of the data in cmd 200. I do know that the extensions we do dial all are set to 803. If someone could explain what I am trying to do here and provide a bit of insight, it would be greatly appriciated. Thanks

Do you dial 6XX for any kind of feature? If not in CMD 200 CCC out all 6XX and program 6 as 803 and you'll be set.

How would i find this out. Honestly I don't know I have posted all the data from those cmd's

You will see that the codes you have programed are for turning on and off the message waiting light 040 and 041 (641 and 64A) and 60 -> 107 is to direct select route 07.

If you touch those numbers, you may affect peoples voicemial lights. You can easily change it in the voicemai - then do what 3racefan3 is telling you to do.

Just make the change and if people were using those codes they'll start complaining then simply give them a new code.
Problem solved. Next!

You could always make the change and let someone else deal with the complaints. Or charge another trip charge to fix.
