Neax 2000 IVS and 4LCD-A

I added a analog card to our PBX the other day. All I did was insert the card in a open slot. Then opened matworx to assign a station to one of the len's on that card. Matworx came back with an error saying "Matworx has detected no card is present at the requested len. A friend of mine mentioned I needed to set that up in CMD 10. Can someone give me some insight into this. A brief walk through and a explaination. Thanks alot for your time.

Are you familar with CAT or MOC mode?

Yeah I have used it. I use the moc terminal in matworx.

get into moc mode hit f9 enter 10 , hit the spacebar, enter your lens number for the first port in that slot, enter the station number you want assigned to that port and hit either f2 or "." key and the info will be written into memory.

when I use cmd10 de 0116 de = 351 which is the station I assigned to that len using matworx. I am just trying to figure out why matworx reports an error saying "Matworx has detected no card is present at the requested len. but still lets me write that to memory and the station works fine. the card uses len 0116-0119. whenever matworx does a lookup on those len's i get that error message. Like I need to tell matworx what kinda card is in that slot. Thanks again for you time.

That answers that. I would give up trying to work that one out. The Product is still sold but no longer developed by NEC.
