Neax 2000 IVS, 4COTG and 4RSTC

Currently we have 3 PIM's. We have 2 4COTB cards. Only one of them is being used right now. I would like to set the system up to receive caller ID data and have been told I need a 4COTG and 4RSTC. I just wanted to find out if that is true to set the PBX up to get caller ID info. Thanks for you time.

Yup its true, if your trying to do analog caller ID. If doing PRI or something similar then you don't.
