We have just inherited this system, We do not have a clue how it can be programmed, There is a PC Based Voicemail system. We normally work with AVAYA IP Office programing.

This system was maintained by some un-known compay via remote acess. They were not happy with their service.

we do not know the passwords, but there is a remote modem for access. What software do I need to access the system remotely or How do I reset password and what is the default.

Need this info urgently as we are moving phones around today, Some phones had direct lines that need to be removed and voicemail passwords need reseting

If some one can provide remote support, how much?
Is there a pdf manual available anywhere I can down load. Please HELPPPPPP

Passwords are a sore subject and normally are not given out on the forum.

By default the PBX does not have a password assigned to it but the voicemail system does. Your existing vendor MUST give you any passwords on the system.

as far as software needed:

Matworx for the PBX

What kind of voicemail system is it? My guess it is AD64 or AD120.
