Is it possible for the supervisor of my ACD to have full view of her employees on her Dterm DTR-32D?

I would like her to be able to see on her PHONE the agents ACD line along with there EXT. I would like for the ACD line to show a solid red when on a ACD call and blinking when not accepting calls because they are in Break mode. The EXT line would also how solid red when the agent is on their line and flashing when DND.

Is there any way to have this programmed? I just cannot figure out the flashing for WORK mode.

Stay away from ACD line appearances on other phones. It will cause you trouble!

The system will not do tthe things you are asking.

Does the supervisor not have access to the MIS terminal (pc) for looking at call stats?
