NEAX 2000 IPS have station automaticly forwarding to VM

I have a station that when dialed goes directly into Voice Mail. It is almost as if they have send all calls set on the phone. I am new on this type of PBX and any help to remove this feature on the extension would be great.

Sounds like the phone is Call Forward All to VM. Cancel the forwarding.

Figured out how to stop the forwarding to VM; however now when any call goes to that extension it hits the VM (Neax-Mail AD40) and you hear the persons greeting but then it automatically forwards you to the attendant...any suggestions

Make sure the phone is not in DND (Do Not Disturb) Try dialing access code #8

The "action statment" in that persons mail box may be set to "GO TO > 0 or Operator" instead of "Take Message"
