Neax 2000 IPS External Paging 1

Hi All,

I have a paging trunk connected to an external paging amplifier (Bogen TPU100B).

I put the trunk on a phone.

Press the line button and I'm able to talk over the system for 4 seconds. Then I get a fast busy.


Any suggestions? Need more info?

In the route data for the paging trunk, check CMD 3505>pg rt>=0, release signal does not arrive.
Also CMD 3028>pg tk>= page zone, usually 0.

Thanks for the response.

It's working properly now. The strange thing is that it wouldn't work when I assigned it a trunk route. If I had no trunk route assigned, it would do the 4 sec thing.

After trying a couple of times, the trunk route assigned and it started working. I do have 3505 set to 0.
