NEAX 2000 IPS - CALL BOX TO AUTO DIAL (HOTLINE) TO ANOTHER EXTENSION 1

Hello - I have experience with other phone systems but not this one. We are connecting a Viking callbox to an analog port at a back door (receiving). The customer wants the callbox, when pressed, to dial an extension (or group of extensions) within the store. Could anybody explain this process to me? Thanks
