So I have DND working on all the phones now in the office. I had to set it to a softkey. Is there a way to add "do not disturb" or some other text to the display so that users know when the DND feature is set? Right now there is no way to tell without picking up the handset and just hitting the button to see if "set" or "cancel" come up.

Thanks in advance

Why not assign a normal key in command 9000

9000>ext,xx:f0022

xx=button

f022=code for the button for do not disturb

this will give you a visual indication on the button when the set is in DND (red led button)

I would but some users have programmed all of the buttons on thier phones so that only leaves me with the soft key as an option.

The default softkey pattern has a DND set / cancel.
Go off hook and select the next page (scroll) press DND should get a confirmation tone that the feature is set. Drawback of using the softkey is there is no notification to the user (where DND is set)that your are in DND.

Does anyone know the default superuser password with the NEAX 2000.

thanks
