I currently have a DID linked to a port on one of my 4 analog cards for an inside fax machine. I would like to relocate that DID so that any incoming faxes go to the AD-64 voicemail system which currently fowards all faxes to the corresponding subscribers email box as an attachment. Can someone give me the steps I need using matworx to accomplish this. I only know very basic command like E601 and it has been months since I have looked up the LEN table. I have the "Big Book" of NEC commands and I am assuming I need to bind the DID to a virtual LEN instead of one on the analog card but I am more likely "way off base" Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Also if you know of any websites which can simplify the steps for basic admin of this system that woudl be great.

1. Create new virtual or phantom station in CM 11 or 14.
2. Call forward the station all calls to the Fax pilot (E600>XXXX>VM/Fax pilot). This number will be the mailbox the VM will send the fax to.
3. Using CM 76 point the incoming DID number to a pattern (E.g. 7600>XXXX>150). Then point that pattern to the virtual station in step one (Day 7601>150>Virtual, Night 7602>150>Vitual, Mode A 7602>150>Virtual, Mode B 7603>150>Virtual)
4. Make sure the fax ports are flagged as a VM port using CM 1310.
5. If you have MCI integration on the AD64 (08>443>0)you will also have to flag CM 1225 for the fax ports to a 0.
6. I'd also suggest the following timers...
410>44>00, 410>48>01, and 410>49>03.
