Hi,
Can anyone help me? Our PBX maintenance company is always slow to respond and I would like to know how to do this for future reference. My expertise is computers not phone systems, but I've tinkered around with MOC for simple stuff.

We have recently knocked our ISDN channels down from 20 to 10, but our phone system still thinks there are 20 lines. This means we occasionally cannot dial-out, and presumably people cannot dial in either. I don't know whether the system uses the channels sequentially or randomly.

Could anyone tell me what the MOC commands are to bring up the number of channels, then change the value?

Thanks,
Steve

If all it is that occasionally you cannot dial out, then eliminate the route for those channels.

3000>trunk number>CCC

for each of the trunks that you want to eliminate.

That would require you know what the channel to trunk number is.
