Hello,

I have a problem with our NEAX 2000.

We have a few analog lines being served by an NEAX 2000 that is connected via fiber ( FOLDs on each end ) to a CCIS card on a SV9300.

You can dial into the analog lines of the NEAX 2000, but you cannot dial out, you get a fast busy.

We recently switched from PRI to SIP Trunk, and then the problem started.

I imagine its a routing issue , and i have access to the SV9300 via PCPRO, but our phone dealer is very reticent to help fix the issue, and would rather sell us more equipment.

Has anyone else had this problem before? I've been pressed into the phone guy role at my company and I'm a little out of my element.

CMD 360 is where you can allow trunk route to trunk route connections. I suspect you added a new trunk route for the SIP trunks but may not have allowed the RT to RT connection.
EX: 360>RTRT>0 = allow
360>3131>0
360>2531>0
360>3125>0
Do this for all of your trunk routes.

Thank you for the response!

I've found three trunk routes in our 9300. 10, 20 and 30.

10 is the PRI trunk route, we no longer use this.

20 is the CCIS trunk route

30 is the new SIP trunk route

i ran command 360 on all of the trunk combinations 2030, 3020, 1020, 2010, etc and they are all 0~

should i change all the routing combinations that lead to 10 to 1 for not allow?

thank you.

Can the 2000 with the analog trunks dial out locally?
Is it the 9300 that cannot dial out using the analog trunks in the 2000? (check CMD 36 on the 9300 and the 2000)
Did this work with the PRI trunks?
Is the SIP trunk provider allowing trunk to trunk connections?
