NEAX 2000 Automated Attendant - How to hear messages

Hello all,

I am new to this equipment and I'm having trouble completely understanding the manual. We have a working system that has an automatic answer message (attendant I believe). I need to listen to all available messages for the attendant and then pick one of them. Can anyone start me in the right direction? It looks like command code 64 sets it up. I have found some command code 20 and 49 information, but I don't want to mess up what they already have working.

In your numbering plan (CM 200) there should already be dial access to recording and playback of messages. If not, make one for record (A100) and playback (A101). There are 2 built in messages available with the IVS2,IPS. To listen to them, dial the playback code and 000 for the first and 001 for the second. Likewise to record, dial the record code and 000/001.
