Hello all. I've got an NEAX 2000 system with a lot of old Dterm phones like DTP-16D working great. I'm looking to replace the DTP-16D phone with a DT300 series (DTL-6DE). We have a large number of these phones in service too, but when the company came out to install these years ago during our new addition, they had the same problem we are having now adding these. We are getting a "Sys. Inf. Error" when this newer style phone is plugged in. The company that did the install years ago said something along the lines of they had to change a setting in the phone system on each line. Any suggestions on what setting needs to be changed? Thank you in advance. Abe

Try CMD 1228 Dterm Type
[Series 3300] software minimum
0 = Dterm85 (Series i) 16LD Type
1 = Normal Type Dterm

DT300 phones are for the SV8300/9300 system
