NDSS Not working

Hi Guys,

Could anyone explain why my NDSS buttons does not work.

I have 2XNCP 500 networked together working fine. Speech both ways and ringing. I then Ordered the License for the NDSS but cannot get it working?

Any suggestions

have you registered the extensions in private network / ndss
plus do you have enhanced software licences on both systems

I have the license in both systems. They are both coming up valid and working?
Where do you activate the extensions for the private network?

I think I have found it. Interactive mode. I could test when im logged in.
