NDS Version Compatibility

I have a customer that I recently picked up they have a mix of 4.11 and 5.0 servers the 4.11 servers are running nds version 6.00 and the 5.0 is running 7.44. The master replica is on 4.11 and there is read write replicas on both they do not seem to be able to syncronize. Is this by design or do I just need to run dsrepair on all of the servers. They do seem to properly timesync any suggestions

I have a similar setup only the master root is on nw5.0 server - try updating your servers to the lates patch levels NW4SP9 for NW 4.11 and NW5SP5 for NW 5.0

This should bring the versions of DS to 6.10 and 7.47 respec

These versions seem to synchronise ok on my setup
You could check partition continuity using NDSMANAGER also
