NDS for NT operates in a way that When account details are added/changed, the SAMLIB.DLL makes an RPC to SAMSRV.DLL for writing to the SAM. NDS for NT essentially re-routes the RPC to SAMSRV.DLL via Client 32 to NDS rather than to the NT SAM. User manager still thinks it is speaking to the SAM but it is not.
Because of this I would think that you would not automatically have your accounts in NT once you remove NDS for NT. However, Microsoft probably have a utility for migrating usre accounts from NDS to NT.
