NDPS slow clearing prints from queue

Does anyone have a problem with prints staying in the queue long after it has printed causing a backup in printing? I am on Novell 51 with NDPS 2.20. Printing seems very slow

What version of the NetWare v5.1 Support Pack do you have installed, if any? There is a "Post-NW51SP3" NDPS-specific patch available.
