(NDPS) Expiring Paused Job after X minutes

I'm looking for a way to expire jobs that are sitting in the NDPS printer
after so many minutes.

I've seen the two options with the 'retain job no longer than..' and the
other 'retain job..' option but even with either of those two turned on
the job will remain in the printer after the alloted time.

Is there another way to get jobs to automatically remove themseleves after
X amount of time.
