Ndmp tape device is in use

hello,

we backup a netapp Filer (NAS F810) with Networker 6.2
on win2000.

We use for this NDMP.

the problem is that in a various time of backup we receive an error message : "ndmp tape device
is in use".

in fact, networker use 3 tapes (mammoth2) for the backup operation
and when it try to eject the second tape, a second
ndmp session open on the filer et failed the backup, putting the tape of the robot ( exabyte) disable.

Could someone help me to solve this problème

How many seconds have you set on delay/sleep operations ?

We use NetWorker 6.1.3 with NDMP to backup EMC Celerra, and we have received a lot of 'tape device in use' before to change some delay operation.

At the moment we have changed...
eject sleep - 30
unload sleep - 60
load sleep - 200
