NDMP ERROR

I am getting a NDMP_PERMISSION_ERROR (5) error when backing up a windows server from my Backup Exec 9.1 Novell server.

The login is correct as I used the same login information to install the client agent on the windows box. I am not able to find any info on the veritas support site...

Any ideas?
