NDMP directed recovery

Hi,

we did today tests with NDMP directed recovers.

We selected client1 as source and client2 as destination.
Selected all Files of a directory which is shown as share
Then cliced start....after a while it started to recover, but it recovered to the original location of server1

Did we something wrong ? Or is directed recovery with NDMP not possible ?

networker is 7.5.1.3
NDMP is a Celerra 42g lastest code

If you recover to another NDMP filer of the same vendor, it should work.

I do the recover to the same filer where i did the backup but recover to different Filesystems and CIFS Server

Ive found the solution.

In the "options" field for directed recover you have to type in add the Saveset name wqhere to recover to, independend that you selected the target bevore already
