We are using Nortel Contact Recording (NCR) Rls7.0 with CC7 and CS1000E Rls5.5
In the NCR replay page, we have a column called Serve which shows the DNIS (called number).
We are receiving calls via PRI and are capturing CDR data for incoming calls.
We have a lot of records in the NCR where DNIS is not populated (N/A). The DNIS is present in the CDR records of the same calls.
Other records are populated correctly.
Any idea ??
