NCPCLCFG error

i am configuring remote user VPN connection with firebox edge. I already generate the vpn file and import it inside the vpn client software but this error : NCPCLFG come out.

can anyone explain what is it means?

Came out where? What exactly does it say? What OS? What VPN device? What VPN Client software? Please provide more details. A Google search came up with nothing...you sure you have it posted correctly?
