Hi all,

Could someone explain how i would carry out the following please:

ü Change the Client Name on the Group i.e. PDS-5 to PDS020 or Telebank012.

ü Change the Agent Priority under the group.

ü Add or remove agents from the Group.

ü Currently System automatically log-in and log-off between 9am – 5:30pm, how can we turn-off and change it to manually for a particular client i.e. DDI or Group. This will be required if a client would like us to handle their calls for extended-hours.

ü How to setup voice mail box for an existing client e.g. PDS-5 and how can we retrieve the messages on the phone.

i am assuming you have the manuals for the system?

I have been asked by a client to carry out these features, so no i don't have a manual.
 
Don't you think you would be better off contacting their vendor the person who knows the equipment?
