Could someone explain how i would carry out the following please:
ü Change the Client Name on the Group i.e. PDS-5 to PDS020 or Telebank012.
ü Change the Agent Priority under the group.
ü Add or remove agents from the Group.
ü Currently System automatically log-in and log-off between 9am – 5:30pm, how can we turn-off and change it to manually for a particular client i.e. DDI or Group. This will be required if a client would like us to handle their calls for extended-hours.
ü How to setup voice mail box for an existing client e.g. PDS-5 and how can we retrieve the messages on the phone.
