NCP500 Send Specific Caller to voicemail or hangup

I have a client that has a nuisance caller from an 0203******** number he would like me to program the system to intercept the call and send them to voicemail or hangup the call.

I am looking for the routing to do this but I am a bit rusty.

Has any of you fine chaps done something similar in the past.

Setup the number in speed dials and set cli route to a blank group
Enable cli routing in ddi or dil table depends if you have Isdn or analogue lines

Set a queuing table on that group with no members in it

Set table to play ogm and then disconnect
Record message saying this number is out of service
This will route the call to that group. Play the message then hang up

If you have Isdn pointing that number to an empty group should give back busy tone
