I have a customer who has locked themselves out of their own system by entering the incorrect password in UPCMC a number of times. They are connecting over the WAN (SIP trunks on a different network to their Internet).
I'm assuming "Password Lock Counter for Remote Programming" has been changed from the default "None" to a value, the NCP sees this as a remote attempt (being over WAN) and has locked them out. I don't think this can be cleared via PT programming.
Is there a timer that will expire and clear the block, or will a reboot clear the block, or am I barking up the wrong tree and the problem is elsewhere?
