Hello,

Our US company currently has an NCP500 system in our Toronto office. It currently uses 10 analog lines for incoming/outgoing calls. We would like to switch to PRI service.
My understanding is that in Canada, NI-1 is the protocol of choice for T1 and PRI service. If this is the case, can the NCP500 be configured to use NI-1, and if so, what is the proper port setting for the PRI card? Will "Euro ISDN Standard” or “UK Domestic” work?

Is there anything else I need to know before we proceed with this project?

Thanks,
-Tom in Scranton, PA

Thanks for the reply, Otoni. Is this what you're using in Canada? With NI-1 protocol?
