Hey all,
After some advice on the following situation.
I have a NCP500 system and 2 different SIP services for 2 tenants.
Both services are from 2 different carriers!
Service 1 has 6 channels and is setup as Basic then Additional Channel Slot 1 Ch1 for the other 5.
This covers lines 1-6
Then Service 2 has 2 channels and is setup as Basic then Additional Channel Slot 1 Ch7.
For outgoing calls everything seems normal but for incoming something strange is happening.
If i dial the phone number associated with Service 1 the Tenants are displayed with
Incoming Call :Service 2 Line 008
Instead of what they should be seeing which is Incoming Call: Service 1 Line 006
The only way to fix the problem with tenant 1 is to literally OUS the Service 2 SIP.
I tried using a Second IPSIPGW16 card or even moved Service 2 to ports 15 and 16 and still get the same issue.
Its like the system is confused about the Incoming call and puts it onto a line number it shouldn't be.
Here are some screenshots of my last attempts.
