NCP100 Dialling Sequence

Hi All

I have a NCP1000 in a location in Ireland with 4 extensions through a VPN in Boston all working correctly. My problem is the dialling sequence in the Boston office they start there numbers with 1 area code number. Since all the lines are in Ireland (I do have 10 sips lines on the system relating to the Boston area so when they dial out it shows in as a Boston number.

Can I modify the outgoing caller Id in Boston that they only dial 1 602 5555555 (example) at the moment they have to daill the internationl code 001 602 555555

Any help would be appericate

You could use dial plan so if they dial dial 1602, the system will dial 001 602

Mike does that mean every time a local call or long distance call is made in boston the call goes out on a Trunk in dublin? BTW 602 is an Arizona Area Code!!

One thing about using dial plan, If they are going to dial 9 first it wont work, you will have to use ars to add 001
