NCp/TVM intergration

Customer has an NCP 100 with a TVM 50 VM system. What we are trying to achieve is the following:-
4 doctors each have there own receptionists, calls are put thru to an ICD ring group of which all 4 receptionists are members, there are 4 x ICD groups involved, each phone has the ability to log in or out of each ICD group. What we are trying to achive is that any of the calls that are unanswered at any of the 4 x ICD groups overflow in to a Group mailbox with a mdg wait button programmed on each of the phones and a couple of phones in the back office.
Is this possible ?

yes, it there is 4 groups, they will go into group mailbox of group number if set up in voicemail.

in group settings set overflow no answer to voicemail and select overflow timer to 20-30 seconds
 
What I am after is one common mailbox thatcan take messages from the 4 x ICD groups so I can present the same mailbox Msg wait light on multiple keyphones around the office

You could use one mailbox and have all messages from the other mailboxs transfered in to that one

Or
Use built-in vm and one virtual extension in all groups to transfer calls to that mailbox
 
I was playing with this the other day but when it overflows it gave me multiple ivr messages. "Please enter the party mailbox" "This is the blah blah mail box" How do I get it to overflow without these prompts?
 
Use overflow no answer on groups to vm and change fx to fxd on transfer sequence in vm system settings
