NCP Speed dials

Morning,
Is it possible to set up a speed dial entry to call thru to an IVR platform and then dial a specific extension number on IVR.
Our system is a NCP500 running version 7 software

So I am setting up a speed dial entry 1345XXXX then I want to be able to dial thru to a specific extension without having to enter the extension manually

You can enter a pause at the end of the number and extension number You may have to enter 2 pauses depends on how quick the ivr answered

P is pause or pause button it entering through the handset

That's how I set it up, It used to work on V6 but has stopped working on systems we have upgraded to V7
Issue is being escalated to Japan
