NCP SIP extn card

Hi,

Has anyone ever had this problem:

NCP1000 - version 8

Install V-SIPext32

ous

try and bring INS

Error message: E033102 Card Obstacle

Weird thing is this used to work but all of a sudden stopped.

Sounds like a license problem to me?

have you installed any other cards, real or virtual, the system may be over extension limit. check error log and see what it says there

Its not an extension limit breach.

The error log is 122

Which says to the MPR card needs replacing!!

Strange though as I've got a IP phone registered and working fine.

BartAa: Licences don't prevent from installing cards

take a backup and save the licence files from the sd card, and default the system. Install the cards and see what happens, if that works upload the backup again
