NCP and Grandstream ATA

I have a grandstream ht802 ATA with a NCP500 i am able to do a blind transfer but not attended. Also have issues with dial 6 ring back so DTMF any suggestions welcome

If you trasfer to another extension and don’t hang up until they answer, what happens the call

If you’re on to another extension and press 6 do you hear a clear tone on the other phone or jus a short tone. You could try different dtmf transport methods on the grandstream setting

If i wait for answer before hanging up. the call connects but when i hang up the call drops

What are you doing to transfer, sounds like it is being held on the grandstream unit

What hold music is playing when held?
