Hi all,

How can i gain access to my VM when i am out of the office?

do you have any manuals for the voicemail?

are you you ask how to administrate the voicemail remotely
or to retrieve you messages ?

I do have manuals however they don't clearly state how it is programmed via PC programming.

Users will want to retrieve there VM's when out of the office.

if it is the SVM there is very little setup on it,you just set a pin on the extension. then dial in to the system when you hear the oqm dial *47 ext no> pin no and *383 it will play back the messages

program 0 and enter yymmdd (day of week 1-7) hhmm 1 am 2 pm and store

the yymmdd could be yyddmm depends on country

How about the switch under the bonnet ?

It should be able to do it with program button/ switch on reception phone
The older unit like cwc said you will have to do it in main program switch on system
