NCP 500 VPN Issues

I have a client with a NCP 500 and I have one KX-NT343 working at a remote location over a VPN.

They currently have SonicWall TZ-200 routers at both ends with ping times around 40-50ms.

But they are experiencing call quality issues.

Any ideas?

Poor internet connection. The speed may be OK but the consistency may not be...
