NCP 500 group Voicemail 1

Hi All,

I have a client who has taken over a couple of lines from our ISDN 30, now they want to setup a message for these lines. The lines go to a ICD Group 1, how can i setup a Voicemail for this Group.

Using SVM voicemail.

you set up a ps extension and under portable extensions give it a pin number ie 1234

put that ps in the first position of the icd with ring set as immediate

set group intercept as 591(SVM access no) and set time to 10,20,30 sec as required.

to record ogm dial *47(ps ext no) (password ie 1234) and *361.

set a message waiting button for the ps on one or more phones to show when a message is left

After entering *361 what OGM extension number do i put in?

As *361 takes you to the recording but you need to enter OGM number.
