how do I find out what my ncos Restrictions are?

it's really a multi step process.. after you print nctl to see what frl each ncos equals.. then look at your rlb's to see what frl is required to use each route list block..

if i point 9, nxx to rlb 1 and rlb 1 uses frl 1, nctl says frl 1 is =to ncos 1, then i can dial that nxx.. if i point all my locals to that route list block, all ncos 1 phones can dial any local.. if i point 9+npa to rlb 2 and use frl 3, if frl 3 is =2 ncos 3, all ncos 3 stations can dial that npa..
