NCFW for call redirection 1

My company has just gotten a call center. I currently have two ACD lines that used to ring like regular ACD's with approx 12 people in each ACD Queue. Those ACD's are now NCFW to the external call center. My question is when people call those ACD lines that are forwarded to the call center, will they be using our outgoing trunks to do so, and if so, is there some other option that I can use that will make that not happen.

Yes they will be using your lines, they only way around it is have the Central Office forward the calls
