NCFW call dropped GGy

Hopefully find out what i missed""

I ve set up an acdn number on cs1k and have its ncfw pointed to an external celular number ...
So call goes to ivr then forwarded to cdn number, skillset on aacc .On ochestraton designer , i use the ROUTE CALL cmd to forward this call to that acdn and finally forwarded to an external number , so there i am experience a strange issue,the call has been forwarded but it comes with a short ring and user never have the chance to pick up.
