I have a sccs 5.0 at site A, a sccs at site B, and a sccs at site C, the issue is that when you call in on a 1800# to site A the call overflows to site B or C just fine to any available agent in the skillsets at those sites, BUT when you call internally 5 digits to the cdn at site A it will only overflow to 1 agent and always the same agent at site B. Any ideas what would cause the difference? internal vs external calls.
