Hey all- Anyone have experience reading this report? It seems pretty straight forward, but wanted some confirmation as I'm not exactly believing the data present. So first off-
1- What exactly does All Trunks Busy mean? I would guess # of times an ATB condition occurred- like # of seperate times?
2- What does # of Network Out Blocked By All trunks busy mean? Again seems easy- # of individual blocked calls on that route?
3- Default Route-999 is in system and cannot be deleted. We do not have a route defined as 999. Why would I show Network Out Blocked calls on this route since it doesn't really exist?
4- In your experience has this type of report been accurate or any other gotchas?

Thanks,
-Moggs

Well- I answered some of my own questions. I guess Network out blocked by ATB only pegs against route 999, instead of the actual real route. Doesn't make sense, but that is what the data dictionary says....

I still do not believe that the numbers are correct and have to question the integrity of the report.
