ncc...error when sending mail in GW

Has anyone had this problem? To: field is not filled in with the users name. I have found that if I exit GW and start back up, immediatly hitting the new mail button, it works.
THis has been happening to some users some of the time. I have yet to find out why!? Anyone have any info? please help. Jeremy Leasure
