NCC consolodated service level calculation

Hi

Anyone know if you can customsise the service level calculation that is displayed using NCC consolodated application display.

I can create formulas to service level calculation of my choice for each CCMS but I notice that some calculations are greyed out and I cannot adjust. One looks to be the name of the field used by the NCC realt time display.
