NCC & CCMA Backup, How To

I have 3 separate CCMS servers, one at each of my call center sites, and a NCC and CCMA at my data center. No servers are co-resident as everything has it own hardware.

Can anyone give me a quick step by step of how to backup a NCC and CCMA? Is it as simple as opening the backup utility and running through the on screen instructions similar to backing up a CCMS? Or does anyone have a link to Nortel documentation that explains this?

Well the documentation is pretty clear but, we have a system that when you try to back it up to a network drive or even to a folder on its desktop, won't back up. It says that network and local backups are not authorized. Anyone have any ideas about what to do on this one?
