NC Handset for Vodavi Starplus FLEX

I hadn't seen one of these things in YEARS (it has burgandy phones)... but..

I'm trying to pick the correct noise-canceling headset for the thing -- Roanwell offers several models, of course.

Is it carbon, electret, what?

There are many out there, but in my opinion, 25 years of phone technician experience, I like the plantronics headsets.
The system you are working on is the Vodavi Flex system, right? 308,616,1224 2448 or the 96X?

OOOPS! I meant "handset", not headset... It's a k-style handset, I think...

That is correct. They are k-style handsets. Call Vodavi sales in Arizona 1-800-356-7279 I think, it's been awhile since I have had to call. That is the tech line but the auto attendant will give you the number for sales. Ask them about the application and let them tell you what they suggest. I haven't used n/c handsets on these systems before. Never had a need for them. Good luck...
