We have a need to route our customer service calls to a different location. We do not want to route the entire 800 number, only calls to option 4. Auto-attendant option 4 currently goes to a hunt group on ext 451. I either need to figure out how to forward the hunt group or figure out how to change option 4 to redirect to an external number. I have NO knowledge of the 3com phone system but have been digging around in administrator. I have been digging around in on-line manuals which says I should be able to change the auto-attendant for option 4 to single digit transfer but then I must alter Table 2. This is where I get lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must use dialplan for route outgoing call , using phantom D

Hmm, can you explain further or give an example donbru01? I don't need to do this today but it will come in handy later I'm sure.

you need route digit 4 to extension that if not exist example 230

you need create this dialplan

TableEntry Create 1 51 230 3 3 TollFree 0 230
DestinationRoute Create 230 external_routing
DestinationRouteEntry Create 203 1 *0002 ( this is group externalline )
DestinationRouteOperation Create 230 1 1 replace xxxxxxxxxxxxxx(this is external number without line prefix )
