Hi Folks

I'm installing an NBX V3000 just using 4 analog lines to start with as there are only 5 of us here, I have it set up and working fine internally but when I go to make an outside call using the NBX V3000’s built in analog line card ports the phone display shows that it is dialing the number and shows the line card port in the phone display, the green light on the nbx lights up for the port its using but then it just flashes off and no call is made? have you any ideas on this, I’m using R6_0_31

Regards
Many thanks in advance

Have you mapped the lines to each phone? or are you dialing 9 to get a line and dial out. If you are dialing 9 check the dial plan and make sure the correct min/max is set.

I forgot one thing S/W is @ 6_0_35 for the v3000, I don't know if this will help or not but early versions of 6 were buggy.
