NBX V3000 integrated messaging not working

All,

I have an issue where the NBX was rebooted, and now the Integrated messaging does not work. Another tech was onsight the last time this happened, and he had to re-enable the SMTP service.

Where do you re-enable the SMTP service?

When you reboot the system it will start the SMTP service. Make sure you have a valid SMTP server defined on the NBX. There isn't much to it.

It wound up being a DNS issue on the Network.
