NBX V-3000 error writing to disk

Have an older NBX V-3000 running Version R5_0_28

No GUI interface.
Total loss of phone usage not even internal calls.
Phones do show a display.
After system reboot works everything works fine.

Getting the following error message when connecting through the console connection prior to system reboot!

v3000->0x69385f8 (nbxLogger): logToDiskFile: error writing disk file
0x69385f8 (nbxLogger): nbxLogTask: error writing to disk file

Has anyone ever encountered this error?
Is there a way to repair it or is it just a sign of bad things to come?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

probably you have db corrupted .
you have another old release installed on NBX? you can stop boot , change path and revert startup with old release

Only have one release on my system. Found a download site for the next release up and am going to try that to see if it clears up errors. Thanks for the advice donbru01.
